Refund policy

For subscriptions: Within 7 days of payment with no Plus features used, you're eligible for a full refund. Within 7 days with features used, you'll receive a pro-rata refund for remaining days. After 7 days, a pro-rata refund for the remaining period applies.

For consumable items (SPARK!, BOOST!): Within 7 days, unused items receive a full refund. Partially used bundles are refunded at the bundle unit price for unused items. After 7 days, no refund is available.

Refunds are not available if your account was restricted for Terms violations, if items were received for free through promotions, or if items were gifted or transferred.

To request a refund, use the option in Settings or email tray@tray.at. We review requests within 3 business days and process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method.
