How to reset your password

If you've forgotten your password, tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen. Enter the email address associated with your account.

You'll receive a password reset email within a few minutes. Tap the reset link and create a new password. The link expires after 1 hour for security.

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact our support team at tray@tray.at.
